[ PRGM-17-6-30 ] Sikkim Wilderness trek

The best part of this trek is that it can be opted by both young and old, specially for the nature lovers.
During this trek one can assure of seeing abundance of wild flowers, Blue poppy all variety of Rododendrons /Ruburb (Ruem Nobile) and blue sheep if you are lucky enough. Besides flowers the view of Karpo-la /Dongkhya peak /Lhako peak and Sengkamo is breath taking.

Outline Itinerary

Day 01: Arrive in kathmandu and transfer to Hotel
Day 02: Kathmandu Sightseeing
Day 03: Fly to Bhadrapur and Drive to Gangtok. O/N hotel
Day 04: Gangtok to Lachen 5 hrs drive –9200 ft.
Day 05: Lachen to Chopta Valley sight seeing and back to Lachen.
Day 06: Lachen-Tarum Tsachu Bridge and Trek to Tarum Tsachu
Day 07: Tarum Tsachu (Hot Spring) to Cave Camp.) 4 hrs through Rhododendron forest.
Day 08: Cave Camp – Lhathang – 3hrs
Day 09: Lha Thang 13500 ft Chukyasha –after crossing Lha-Bha Pass
Day 10: Chukyasa via Lhako tso (Lake Tsethang
Day 11: Tsethang – Yumthang – 3 hrs (good view of Sengkam Peak) proceed to Lachung
Day 12: Morning sight seeing Lachung Village. After Lunch leave for Gangtok. O/N hotel.
Day 13: Transfer to Bhadrapur for onward flight connection
